After customers purchase a gift pass, they receive a gift certificate emailed to them that has a unique link to redeem the pass, which they can then forward to the recipient. They can also download this gift certificate via the web or click “Send to recipient” to email the gift certificate directly to their gift recipient (along with an optional message).
To give an individual film ticket as a gift, go to Festival Page and click on the film or pass you want to gift. You will find the link to do so underneath the blue buttons overlaying the film screenshot.
You can use your Festival Pass to access all the films. When you are ready to watch a film head over to Festival Page, make sure you are logged in with the same email you used to purchase your pass, select the film you want to watch, click “Unlock Now” then follow the prompts.
